After The 1975 frontman Matty Healy set Twitter ablaze earlier this week by seemingly announcing that they would be releasing a new EP, the band's manager Jamie Oborne has now clarified that the 'What A Shame' EP will be released next year, not this year.

So there is not going to be @the1975 EP in 2017. EP will be 2018. BUT you will get something that I️ personally love. Sorry but that’s all I️ can say right now. Oh, MFC is already sounding amazing. It will be worth the wait. you guys. X
