Introducing: Spencer. + his new single 'Hold It Down'.

Following last year's 'Automatic' and the more recent '2much', New York's Spencer. has shared a new song, 'Hold It Down' - an ode to the power of unconditional love.

Originally hailing from Rochester, Spencer. relocated to Brooklyn in the summer of 2018 and gave himself a year to get his career off the ground after dropping out of college. "My parents were understandably upset when I left school," he says, "but I promised them I’d go back if things didn’t work out." Now signed to 4AD and with millions of streams on Spotify with the singles ‘Want U Back’ and ‘To Be You’, it comes as no surprise that Spencer. now concludes with a laugh, "I don’t think I’m going back."
