Rex Orange County teases a new song?

Following a text to fans that his hotline had been updated to play a snippet of a new song, Rex Orange County has today shared the clip online, along with some lyrics.

In the video that Rex posted to his Instagram story, the file-name for the song preview is titled "08.10.mp3"... perhaps indicating that the song may be released on August 10th?
