Rex Orange County confirms 2021 release for new album 'Who Cares?'.

After tweeting and deleting "Who Cares? 2021" at the end of last year (following his announcement of the album title back in October 2020), Rex Orange County has gone one step further to make sure you know that he is releasing a new album this year, by complying with instructions from a fan to like their tweet as confirmation of a 2021 release.
