Last night during the final night of a sold-out four night run at Auckland's Hollywood Theatre (following two sold-out nights at the Auckland Town Hall's Concert Chamber!), Marlon Williams brought out Lorde as a surprise special guest to perform a piano-led cover of Bruce Springsteen's 'Tougher Than The Rest' as a duet together.

Marlon was funny. After she the left the stage, he reckoned it had been really intimidating: "You know, you're up here on your own for a couple of hours ... and then all of a sudden Lorde's sitting front of you."
