"Started as a simple lie, thinking love had chose us," opens Gracie Abrams in new song, 'Brush Fire', looking back on a relationship that once burned bright, before becoming toxic and out of control.

About her new song (which was co-written with Tobias Jesso Jr.), Abrams says: "I wanted this song to come out before the end of the year because it feels kind of like a bookend. There are new feelings and new sounds that come with the new music. Brush Fire felt it needed to live closer to minor. like neighbors :)"
